Terms and Conditions
Prices advertised are per room per night, are subject to availability and subject to change without notice. Any offers may be changed or withdrawn without notice at any time. However your price is guaranteed with confirmation.
We require your credit card details to secure any bookings however you are free to settle your bill at the end of your stay by any other means of your choice. If you do choose to pay by card we must advise you there is a 3% transaction charge when paying by credit card and 1% if paying by debit card.
Any cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first nights stay. Reservations of 3 nights or more will be charged 50% of the whole stay. Same policy applies to any non-arrivals. Any bookings of the venue exclusively will be charged in advance in full for the complete stay. Any pre paid bookings must be redeemed within 12 months.
Hotel Dragonfly cannot be held responsible for any reservation cancelled or rejected due to incorrect or invalid credit card details.
Hotel Dragonfly reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking any guests found to have been smoking in a hotel room will incur a charge equal to an additional nights stay.
We do not consider this establishment as child friendly for children under the age of 14.
Any vehicles parked in Dragonfly parking are left at owners risk.
In the event of any guest loosing their room key a charge of £60.00 will be incurred, which is fully refundable if the key is returned within 7 days.
If a member of your party behaves in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger, upset or distress to fellow guests or to hotel property, we are entitled, without prior notice, to curtail the stay and request that the persons concerned leave the hotel. No refunds or return travel arrangements will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of such a curtailment.
Hotel Dragonfly does not accept pets, with the exception of guide dogs.
In the unlikely event that Hotel Dragonfly is unable to accommodate a confirmed reservation it may be necessary to offer an alternative of an equal standard. If at any time we need to make changes that will significantly affect your stay or we need to cancel your stay, we will tell you as soon as possible, offering a suitable alternative or a refund. Hotel Dragonfly cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation.
